This practical project aims to observe and research how individuals build their virtual personas and perform themselves to the public eye as interface with physical space. The latter is not a mere neutral background; It is a key element in the composition of the inner gaze of the participant.

To accomplish this, the artist/curator is going to collaborate with subjects who will be given the freedom to build a visual representation of their social media persona(Instagram or Red). The artist/curator will reach a mutual agreement with the participants as to when they feel they have constructed a rounded character. The collected visual material from each participant is translated by the artist’s camera and curated into a narrative portrait.
